What is the breakage rate for handles during shipping?

Less than 0.1%. With our reinforced “egg-crate” master cartons, breakage is extremely rare. We also include a small percentage of spare units in every container to cover any potential loss.

Can you apply FNSKU barcodes for Amazon?

Yes, absolutely. For bulk orders going to FBA, we print and apply FNSKU labels on individual boxes and carton labels on the master box at the factory level.

What are the payment terms for a container order?

30% Deposit, 70% Balance. Standard terms are 30% T/T deposit to purchase steel and start production, and 70% balance against the copy of the Bill of Lading (B/L).

What is the MOQ for custom Pantone colors?

1,000 units per color. This ensures we can run the powder coating line efficiently without wasting material on color changeovers.

What is the standard production lead time?

15-25 days. After deposit and artwork approval, mass production typically takes 15-25 days, with a few extra days for final QC and packing.
